Message unplug each ignition coil one at a time, if the engine speed drops that cylinder is ok, if the engine speed does not change then that is your problem cylinder

Turn the motor off

Pull the spark plug and coil from the problem cylinder and temporarily install a spare spark plug in it's place (to avoid obnoxious pulses from the cylinder)

Attach the coil to the problem cylinder's spark plug and ground the spark plug

Turn the engine on- if it sparks: the problem is the injector or the seal between the injector and fuel rail.

To be sure, measure the injector's resistance, if it is correct you can try applying 12v to the injector and listening for a click. If it clicks chances are good it is a leaky O-ring, if it doesn't then the injector may be stuck open.

*disclaimer*: all that I say may be true or I may be completely wrong and I accept that.... please, it is your duty as another person on the internet to in-politely tell me how wrong I am :)
